In Accordance with the General Protection and Defence of Consumers and Users Act, customers may exercise their right to return within 15 days of the delivery of their merchandise.

Returns must fulfil the following conditions:

  1. 1.       The product must NOT have been used.
  2. 2.       It must not have suffered any type of damage.
  3. 3.       It must bear its original label and packaging.
  4. 4.       It must include all of the identification data of the sender.


The expenses incurred by the return are at the expense of the user. Returns made by charges collect or cash on delivery shall not be accepted. VILASECA, S.A. shall pay the return expenses only when the reason for the return is attributable to it (a defective garment or a mistake in the delivery in question).


Once the return is processed the payment shall be refunded to users to their credit card or via PayPal. The refund shall always be made through the same channel that the user has used to make the payment. 

Política de Cancelación de Pedidos

Tu pedido comienza a procesarse inmediatamente después del clic en Comprar en la página de “Finalizar pedido”. Una vez que el pedido pasa a la fase de en proceso solo tendrá 10 minutos para cancelarse o deberá tramitarse como una devolución.
Para realizar una cancelación de tu pedido, llama al teléfono 93-7905902 o manda un correo electrónico a: y solicita una devolución, deberás tener a la mano tu número de pedido y en caso de una cancelación parcial, el detalle de los artículos a cancelar.
El reembolso se realizará con el mismo método de pago de tu pedido. Y se llevará a cabo de 3 a 4 días hábiles una vez confirmada la aceptación de la cancelación.
