No, we do not have an instalment payment method.
Most of our products are considered for intimate and personal use, so for hygiene reasons no exchanges or returns of this type of garment are accepted. Other items may be exchanged or returned provided they are in the same condition as when purchased and in the same original packaging.
Exchanges will be for size and/or colour of the same item. If what you want is a change of item, you will have to make a return and a new order. For returns we will refund the corresponding amount.

You have 15 days from the time you received your order.
The refund will be made with the same payment method of your order and you will receive it between 3 and 4 working days once confirmed.
If you place your order today, it will leave our warehouse the next working day with Correos or UPS. From the moment the package is dispatched, it takes between 2 and 4 days to be delivered.
During the summer, Christmas and Easter holidays, the estimated delivery times may increase up to 6 working days.

Log in and locate your last order. Its status can be one of the following:
- Processing: The order has been successfully placed and is being prepared in our warehouse. You should have received a confirmation email with your order number.
- Pending: There is an order attempt that has not been completed or paid for. To proceed, you must go to “Reorder” and complete the payment.
- Complete: The order has left our warehouse. You should have received an email with the shipping company details and your tracking number. From this moment, you can track your shipment directly with the carrier (for example, Correos or UPS).
If you do not have a customer account:
You should have received an order confirmation email (when the status is Processing) and, later, another email with tracking information and the shipping company details once the order has left the warehouse (when the status changes to Complete).
