Exchanges & Returns

How to do it?

We want you to be satisfied with AVET | SET’s shopping experience. For health reasons, we only admit exchanges or returns of underwear products that haven’t been tried. Remember you have a 15 days term since the moment you receive your order.

Exchanges will be possible if you want to change the size or color of the same product. If you want to change the product, you’ll need to make a return and place a new order. For returns, we’ll make the corresponding refund.

For any exchange or return you can follow these steps:

Step 1

Send an email through our Contact Form telling what you want to exchange or return. Remember to indicate your order number or the name of the person who placed the order.

Step 2

Wait for our answer to register your exchange or return. We’ll reply in a maximum of 24 hours on working days.

Step 3

Prepare a package with the products and add a copy of the invoice you received along with the order (or indicate clearly as the sender the name of the person who placed the order). You’ll have to address the package to the next direction:

Step 4

Send the package via the shipping method you prefer. The expenses will be borne by you. Shipments to postage due or against refund won’t be accepted.

Step 5

If it’s an exchange, we’ll send you the new product in the size and color you prefer. Shipment expenses will be borne by us.
If it’s a return, when we receive your package we’ll make a refund of its value. We’ll always make the refund with the same process you used to place the order (credit card or PayPal).

AVET | SET will cover the cost of the return only when the reason is attributable to it (reference mistake or product damage).

Conditions

  • 15 days term since you receive the order.
  • The product must be in good conditions, not used or washed.
  • It must be in the original package.
  • For health reasons: we won’t allow exchanges of underwear products if they have been tried.

Order Cancellation

Your order begins to be processed immediately after clicking Buy on the “Finalize order” page.

To cancel your order, call 937 905 902 or send an email to: info@avetsetonline.com and request a refund, you must have your order number on hand and in case of a partial cancellation, the detail of the items to be canceled.

The refund will be made with the same payment method as your order and it will take place 3 to 4 business days once the acceptance of the cancellation is confirmed.
